Provision of high quality sports facilities

The new sports centre exceeds the brief set by the Council and the pool/water areas are now 50% larger than the existing facilities

Karis Holdings has commissioned three outstanding architectural practices and experts in every field to design the proposals

Significant proportion of affordable homes

Karis Holdings is working in partnership with Southern Housing Group and will create 276 affordable homes on the site

Sustainable design

The project features the latest technology and thinking in sustainable building

Provision of public facilities at no cost to Brighton & Hove City Council

Karis Holdings will meet the full cost of developing the new sports facilities and the provision of the public spaces
