Karis Holdings is a joint venture between local developer Karis Developments and ING Real Estate Development UK, the property arm of the Dutch global financial institution.
Karis Developments has been developing property in Brighton and Hove for eight years and all of its developments have been highly individual and praised for their design and the quality of the construction, this includes 1a Connaught Road and the Gloucester Yard redevelopment, which was awarded first place in the Sussex Heritage Awards in 2001.
